We build out Sprinter vans as a side hustle and love to take them out on long trips before finding a new home for them. We did a 50-state road trip with our 3 kids over a 3 month period during which we only spent two nights in a campground, the rest were all boondocking.

Our 1st boondocking stop ever and really nice; quiet, close to I 40 with 15 amp power and topped off our fresh water tank in/ outgoing. < minimal fee> Brad is a super nice host. be careful on the initial entry to driveway especially if you're pulling a rig or turnpoint hitch. We used the public street opposite/ perpendicular the drive to straighten out. once we did that no concerns. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
