Wilmington Terrace Barnyard is a half acre property in the town of Wilmington NY with a barn on it. The surface is firm grass and is level, and there is electricity and water available. The lean-to and firepit are available for your use too. You can walk 100 yards to the Ausable River for fishing, kayaking/ sup / etc. Tons of hiking and fishing, boating and swimming, skiing and sight-seeing. Fifteen minutes to Lake Placid. Walk to a convenience store and pub, drive to several others. Come hang at the Barnyard!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Robin was very responsive and helpful. Our parking area was very level and easy to pull in and out. The neighborhood was quite and close to many hiking spots as well as Whiteface. Nice touch with the lean-to. We will be back. Thank you!
