What a beautiful area! The farm is so peaceful! We had a nice talk with our friendly host Walt (neat guy!) and then had a restful night’s sleep before continuing our travels the next day! Perfect❤️

Great location and friendly people. I missed the internet to book next boondock spot, but by going in town to get internet we saw a cute town with great food at the Thirsty Moose. Sorry we started the generator a little too early. We forgot to change our clocks.

Our hosts walked the quarter mile drive from their home down to their dedicated boondocker location; right next to their airstrip. They even let me use the airstrip as a turn around so I could bypass my meager backing up skills :) We took a walk in the woodsy neighborhood with Molly the dog and really enjoyed the sights and sounds, along with the rural nature; Molly was off her leash! I've added Winterwood Farm to our favorites in BW/Harvest Host. You should too.

What a beautiful property and such friendly hosts! Easy access with our 35' rig + toad! The 2 night stay allowed us some time to drive into Boston to experience walking the Freedom Trail!! On the drive back from the city we stopped in Salem, NH to eat at Ralphie's Cafe Italiano to top off this enjoyable experience!!

Special thanks Special thanks to Walt and Bonnie for making this beautiful space available to us. A very peaceful piece of property with fabulous sunsets. Walt had some great suggestions for things to see in Boston and the surrounding area, including Boston’s Freedom Trail and an ice cream shop about 5 minutes away from their place that you don’t want to miss!!
