The Woodlands Texas is a great place for entertainment, venues and events. Our home is 5 minutes from the Woodlands Waterway with excellent shopping, dining, and events. We live at the end of a dead end road so large rigs will not have the room to turn around, but we have woods on 2 sides and atv trails all around Spring Creek. Since we are at the end of a dead end you can park on the level street backed up to the woods. The noisiest sound you will hear come from the tree frogs buzzing at night.

Hello! My name is Holly and I live in Spring Texas. I am new to the boondocking scene, but I am loving it and what it represents. The freedom, the road, and adventures to be had. I have a small size pop-up camper that I can tow with my car. I have small dogs and sometimes travel with them.

Very quiet and peaceful. Kind of tucked almost into the forest. The host was very nice and kind. The parking space is on the street, at the end of a tight cul-de-sac. It is a bit challenging to turn around but I managed to do it with a 30' travel trailer by backing up into the host's driveway.

We had mechanical issues with our truck in route which pushed our arrival later than anticipated. Holly’s mom was worried that we hadn’t eaten and greeted us with homemade lasagna !! It’s a very quiet and peaceful area. We were there to attending a wedding and wedding activities , so we didn’t have much time to visit with our hosts, but they were always available if we needed anything. Make sure you have a long extension cord to reach electricity. There’s a Loves station on I-45 with a dump station for a $10 fee. Downtown Houston is only about 30 minutes away. There’s plenty of local shopping for last minute supplies. Absolutely loved Holly & her mom, they really made us feel welcome.

After a hard day of traffic, we arrived at Holly's house with her coming outside to greet us. She is so easy and accommodating. We came into town for a baby shower and had a wonderful time. We ended up spending the following night at my sister's hotel because they had to get up at 4:30 to go to the airport. Thank you so much Holly, we really appreciate you. Hope to see you again.
