Since it is a residential neighborhood, you can use generator until after 10 pm. If it is a newer one might work all night will have to see how it sounds. Dogs need to be leased or on chain, as there are some free roaming dogs so for your pets safety I would keep them on a lead. Please clean up after pets. We have two Corgis, but they are fenced in. You can hook up to our water, but water here in Clark is not very good. We use bottled water for our dogs and cats and we have a Berkey for our water. No Drugs or loud parties or loud music. We have neighbors on all sides. Let us know your ETA as we go shopping into Watertown once a week. Children are fine just keep them supervised. It is a small town, We are non smokers so no butts around. Fire Pit is available. We tend to move it around.
Access Road Conditions: Two blocks off Highway 212. Might have trouble with a 40 ft rig but can be done as you will pull off street and over a culvert. we can cut branches if needed. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Tow vehicle can be parked next to rig or in driveway

Although we don’t generally like to stay in towns, this was a quiet little town that we actually enjoyed exploring by walks and bicycle rides. Our host was super friendly and we had some nice conversations with her during our stay. We also lucked out that she offered up, and we accepted, some of her excess vegetables from their garden. Overall enjoyable stay and would recommend to to anyone.

Thank you Lucy and Frank for allowing us to stay at your place. They are very friendly and outgoing, thanks for the banana bread and veggies. Nice quiet place with plenty of places to visit within a hours drive.

The couple had great communication and were quick to respond. Lucy met me at the road and helped guide me (with my 29’ toy hauler) into the parking area. Very cordial and it was a pleasurable conversation during the evening of my arrival. I turned in early, but I think we could have chatted that evening for quite some time. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully it’s when I have more time for a longer stay. Thank you for the opportunity for a quiet evening and relaxing atmosphere!

Lucy and Frank were great hosts! the site is shady and level and they were very welcoming. I even got to taste some of their yummy veggies straight from the garden!

Lucy is friendly and helpful with navigating the RV world. She also bakes fantastic bread! We had great conversations about life and travels. Even though their place is in town it was quiet and peaceful.
