Please arrive after sunset and leave sometime in the morning (am). Please avoid excessive noise and music, we are respectful to our neighbors. With power, water, and wifi (donation at your discretion), hopefully this is a convenient one night stopover for you while exploring Las Vegas. Suggested Local Attractions: We are extremely close to the I-15 freeway, in a quiet gated neighborhood. The strip is 12-15 minutes away. Red Rock is about 25 minutes, and Lake Mead 40 or so minutes. We are in South Las Vegas. Also, out of a courtesy to our neighbors we can only host 1-2 times per month. Please understand this and not be upset with us. We get dozens of requests per month, and unfortunately we cannot host everyday even if our calendar says we’re available. This is our home and we will host as often we can. Thank you.

House Rules
Please do not arrive much earlier than sunset. Avoid noise or music that will disrupt our neighbors at all hours here. No smoking outside your RV or cigarette butts. No generators or outside cooking/showering. There is no outdoor space for you to leisure, you will need to remain in your RV, keep this in mind if you’re visiting in summer because it gets very hot (around 90 degrees at night and hotter in your RV) and without your own AC it’s not a good idea. We have 30 and 50amp. Also, no inviting guests- this space is just for you and your family you’re with. Consider this a safe place to spend a night to recharge your devices, and fill up water if needed. Please be on your way by 11am/12pm the latest. Thank you.

Access Road Conditions: We have trailer parking on the right side (if you're facing the front) of the house and you may park on the long driveway leading up to it. It can accommodate up to 30 ft. It has pavers, so we will supply cardboard if you think there is any chance your rig will leak on our pavers. Also, the space is quite level and on the ever tiniest bit of incline you would more than likely not need leveling blocks. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is ample street parking.

Very quiet gated neighborhood. Easy access to Las Vegas strip. Fairly level parking spot…no leveling devices needed. Quick response to communication. Thank you!! Very enjoyable night’s sleep!

Convenient access to major hotels, very quiet and secure location at end of cul-de-sac in gated community. Power provided and donation provided. Visit was in March and very pleasant.

Nothing but raves for the lovely hosts of Convenient Night 777. Very nice Las Vegas suburban neighborhood on level paver parking spot next to the home. It was a bonus to hook up to 30 amp service. Minor highway noise but not at all distracting. Arrived at dusk as rain was starting so our chat was brief but warm. Thank you again for your hospitality!
